Florida Department of Revenue Unemployment Tax Due Date
Quarterly unemployment tax returns for the period of January, February, and March 2010 are due. You must file a return for each quarter, even if no tax is due.
If you file and pay electronically, you must initiate payment no later than 5 p.m., ET, on Thursday, April 29, 2010.
If you file a paper return, your tax return and tax payment must be postmarked or hand-delivered by Friday, April 30, 2010.
If you have already submitted your return and tax payment, please disregard this reminder.
Returns and tax payments sent after the above dates are subject to penalty and interest. Failure to receive a reminder is not grounds for waiver of tax penalties and interest charged for lateness.
Our records show that you have signed up for this reminder to pay unemployment tax on wages paid to employees. If you have sold or closed your business, you are responsible for submitting an Employer Account Change Form (Form UCS-3) and updating your profile on Florida Department of Revenue subscription page.
