SEC Chairman Schapiro Statement on House-Passed Financial Regulatory Reform Legislation

Washington, D.C., Dec. 11, 2009 — Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Mary Schapiro today made the following statement on the financial regulatory reform legislation passed by the U.S. House of Representatives today:
