Florida Dept. of Revenue Sales Tax Due Date for Paper Filers

April 2010 monthly sales and use tax returns are due. Your paper tax return and tax payment must be postmarked or hand-delivered by Thursday, May, 20, 2010. You must file a tax return for each collection period, even if no tax is due.

If you have already submitted your tax return and payment, or you file and pay your tax electronically, please disregard this reminder. E-filers should receive a separate tax due date reminder.

Tax returns and payments of tax sent after this date are subject to tax penalty and interest. Failure to receive a reminder is not grounds for waiver of penalties and interest charged for lateness.
