Tax Commission extends hours in eastern Idaho offices on tax day

BOISE, IDAHO — April 12, 2010 — The Idaho Tax Commission will extend office and phone hours in some of its eastern Idaho offices on Thursday, April 15 to help taxpayers meet the income tax filing deadline.

Taxpayers can go to any Tax Commission office to drop off completed Idaho tax returns, make payments, have tax-related questions answered, and get state tax forms.

They can also call to get answers to tax questions and make payments. And they can visit the Tax Commission's Web site at tax.idaho.gov to find tax forms, make payments, get answers to tax questions, and check on the status of their state refund.
