Florida Department of Revenue Sales Tax Due Date for Paper Filers

Florida March 2010 monthly sales and use tax returns are due. Your paper return and tax payment must be postmarked or hand-delivered by Tuesday, April 20, 2010. You must file a tax return for each collection period, even if no tax is due.

If you have already submitted your tax return and tax payment, or you file and pay electronically, please disregard this reminder. E-filers should receive a separate due date reminder.

Returns and tax payments sent after this date are subject to penalty and interest. Failure to receive a reminder is not grounds for waiver of penalties and interest charged for lateness.
