Bulgaria - Qatar Tax Treaty

Once in effect, the tax treaty between Bulgaria and Qatar signed 22 March 2010 will provide an exemption from withholding tax for dividends. Interest will be subject to a 3% rate and a 5% rate will apply to royalties.
