Vietnam Tax: Deadline for submitting 2009 personal income tax return extended

The Ministry of Finance of Vietnam issued an official letter on 15 March 2010 to the provincial departments of taxation, which extends the deadline for submitting the 2009 personal income tax return and paying any tax due from 31 March 2010 to 31 May 2010.

The extension for deadline for submitting the 2009 personal income tax return was granted as a result of a number of rulings issued to amend and supplement administrative procedures and the issuance of new declaration forms for personal income tax compliance.
