United Kingdom Tax: Proposals to reform the U.K. taxation of controlled foreign companies

The U.K. tax authorities (HMRC) have released a discussion document of proposals to reform the U.K. taxation of controlled foreign companies (CFCs).

The document serves as a foundation for the consultation period on the issue open until 20 April 2010, with the government intending legislation in Finance Bill 2011.
