Check on the status of your current year income tax refund or get the amount of your refund from the prior year on the Income Tax Account Information Web site.


What if I can't log into my income tax account?

If for any reason you cannot log into your account online, please visit our Online Customer Support Site to send an email or call our Tax Information Call Center, (303) 238-7378.
 

What if the Web site doesn't show a status for my refund?

If you filed for your refund electronically, please allow seven to 10 business days for the refund status to show on the Income Tax Account Information Web site.  If you filed on paper, allow three to six weeks for your return to be entered into the system.  The earlier you file, the faster returns are entered because the volume of returns is lower in January and February compared to March and April.  If more than eight weeks has passed since you filed your refund claim but the refund does not appear on the Income Tax Account Information Web site, please visit our Online Customer Support Site to send an email or call our Tax Information Call Center, (303) 238-7378.
