Florida Tax: 2010 Sales Tax Coupon Books, Returns, and Resale Certificates Mailed
The Department mailed the 2010 sales tax coupon books to monthly and quarterly paper tax filers in mid-December. These books contain tax returns and an annual resale certificate for 2010. We also mailed the 2009 semi-annual and annual sales tax returns with 2010 annual resale certificates in mid-December.
The Department mailed annual resale certificates to electronic tax filers, who do not get coupon books. Certificates were also mailed to the home office of each consolidated account.
Accounts registered for payment of use tax only are not mailed an annual resale certificate.
Some taxpayers may have received a DR-15EZ coupon book but cannot file a DR-15EZ return or prefer to file a DR-15 return. If you received a DR-15EZ book but need a DR-15 book instead, contact the Department. You can also ask us to block your account from receiving a DR-15EZ return in the future.
If you have not received your 2010 sales tax coupon book (monthly and quarterly paper filers only), semi-annual sales tax return, annual sales tax return, or your 2010 annual resale certificate, contact Taxpayer Services at 800-352-3671 or the nearest Revenue service center.
