Tax Treaty: Lithuania-Serbia
The 2007 tax treaty between Lithuania and Serbia entered into force on 12 June 2009 and apply generally as from 1 January 2010. Once in effect, the treaty provides for a 5% rate on dividends paid to a company (other than a partnership) that holds directly at least 25% of the capital of the dividend-paying company; otherwise, the rate will be 10%. The rate on interest and royalties will be 10%.
