Wisconsin tax: Wisconsin adopts budget bill containing changes to combined reporting and other significant tax law revisions

On July 31, 2009, we released a Multistate Tax Alert summarizing Assembly Bill 75 (the "Budget Bill"). The Budget Bill enacted numerous changes to the taxation of individuals, pass-through entities, and corporations, and included both technical and substantive revisions of the tax legislation contained in 2009 Wisconsin Act 2, which was approved by the Governor earlier this year on February 19, 2009.
