Connecticut budget includes significant tax law changes

Connecticut's budget legislation, contained in House Bill 6802, was enacted into law on Tuesday, September 8, 2009. The new law, entitled "An Act Concerning Expenditures and Revenue for the Biennium Ending June 30, 2011," adopts changes to the taxation of individuals, corporations, estates, and gifts.
