Notice Regarding Suspension of the Revised Economic Monthly Information Report posted May 4 and Second Revision posted May 14, 2009

The Department of Revenue has temporarily suspended imposition of the revised Economic Monthly Information Report, Form 0405-305, posted to the department's website on May 4, 2009 (first revision) and on May 14, 2009 (second revision). Oil and gas companies providing monthly information reports to the department should continue to do so using the Economic Monthly Information Report that was posted to the department's website on May 19, 2008 and that has been used to report information for the production months of May 2008 through March 2009. A copy of the appropriate Monthly Information Report may be accessed at:

Every entity (corporate level) involved in oil and gas operations in the State of Alaska is required to file a monthly information report with the department pursuant to 15 AAC 55.520(f).
