Alaska tax: Revised and Corrected Credit Forms Now Available on Forms Page

AS 43.55.023 AS 43.55.025 and AS 43.55.028

The Tax Division has recently experienced technical difficulties with our website, specifically related to forms for credits available under AS 43.55.023, 43.55.025, and 43.55.028. Revised and corrected forms that Taxpayer's may use for making their 2009 tax filings have been posted to our website under the ACES Oil & Gas Production Tax forms tab. The department sincerely regrets and apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused Taxpayers during this filing period. The use of a non-conforming form previously or currently presented on the department's website will not result in the assessment of any fine or penalty for non-compliance.
