Alaska tax: Workshop Announcement Reimbursements under AS 43.55.170 Proposed 15 AAC 55.280 Revised Draft 2/27/09

DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, TAX DIVISION PUBLIC WORKSHOP On Potential Changes to Oil and Gas Production Tax Regulations Reimbursements & Adjustments to Lease Expenditures Tuesday, March 17, 2009 The Department of Revenue is holding a public workshop to discuss and receive comments and suggestions from interested members of the public concerning potential changes to regulations in Title 15 of the Alaska Administrative Code, to implement legislation relating to the oil and gas production tax, ch. 1, SSSLA 2007. The subject of potential regulations to be addressed at the workshop is reimbursements and adjustments to lease expenditures under AS 43.55.170 and related issues concerning lease expenditures.
