The Department of Revenue is holding a public workshop to discuss and receive comments and suggestions from interested members of the public concerning potential changes to regulations in Title 15 of the Alaska Administrative Code, to implement legislation relating to the oil and gas production tax, ch. 1, SSSLA 2007.
The subject of potential regulations to be addressed at the workshop are the department's proposed draft regulations for Transportation costs under AS 43.55.150.
Current copies of the proposed regulations, as well as a spreadsheet version of the Cost of Capital Model for Pipelines set out in the proposed regulations, may be obtained on the division's website, at:

Parties interested in submitting comments may submit them in writing to:

The workshop will be held in the East Hearing Conference Room of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, located at 701 West 8th Avenue, Suite 300, Anchorage, Alaska on Tuesday, January 27, 2009. The workshop will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Interested parties who wish to participate by teleconference, please:
