1. Go website http://mp.legis.state.ak.us/
2. Click on gray box titled "Find Meeting"
3. Type your name in the "My name is" box. You are entering the site as a guest user. After typing your name in the box, click on the gray box titled "Find Meeting".
4. Under the "Meeting Search" heading, click on the button titled "Past".
5. Under the "Past Meetings" heading, look for the date and time of the hearing and under the "Subject" heading, look for "EXREV". Under the "Meeting ID" heading click on "39738".
6. In the gray "Options" box, click on the icon to the right of "Attachments/Recordings". (There will be numbers next to the heading "Attachments/Recordings", but the numbers will change depending upon the segments associated with that particular hearing/recording.)
7. Under the "Meeting Recordings" heading, go to "Meeting Recording". Look to the right and click on the "WAV" or "Media Player" icon. You may want to save in the WAV format as it is a universal audio file format. Scroll down to "Save Target As . . ." You can then save the file to your computer Desktop and burn a copy later if you so choose.
8. After you have finished copying the file to your computer, you may click "Sign Out" in the top right-hand corner of the page to exit the website.
9. Should you have questions about this process, please contact Jodi Jacques at the LIO at 269-0111 or jodi_jacques@legis.state.ak.us
