SUPPLEMENTAL TOPIC REGARDING PUBLIC WORKSHOP On Potential Changes to Oil and Gas Production Tax Regulations Transportation Costs

On January 13, 2009, the Department of Revenue issued an announcement of a public workshop to discuss and receive comments and suggestions from interested members of the public concerning potential changes to regulations in Title 15 of the Alaska Administrative Code, principally addressing (1) Transportation Costs under AS 43.55.150. The workshop will be held on Tuesday, January 27, 2009, beginning at 1:00 p.m., in the East Hearing Conference Room of the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, located at 701 West 8th Avenue, Suite 300, Anchorage, Alaska.

This supplemental announcement is being issued because a supplemental topic has been added to the proposed regulations to define the term "affiliated", as used in AS 43.55.150(b), by adding an amendment to 15 AAC 55.900(b).
