Florida Unemployment Tax Due Date
Quarterly unemployment tax reports for the period of April, May, and June 2010 are due. You must file a report for each quarter, even if no tax is due.
If you chose to make installment payments for the first quarter of 2010, the next installment payment is also due. The installment payment due date is the same as the report and payment dates below.
If you file and pay electronically, you must initiate payment no later than 5 p.m., ET, on Friday, July 30, 2010.
If you file a paper report, your report and payment must be postmarked or hand-delivered by Monday, August 2, 2010.
If you have already submitted your report and payment, please disregard this reminder.
Reports and payments received after the above dates are subject to penalty and interest. Failure to receive a reminder is not grounds for waiver of penalties and interest charged for lateness.
Our records show that you have signed up for this reminder to pay unemployment tax on wages paid to employees. If you have sold or closed your business, you are responsible for submitting an Employer Account Change Form (Form UCS-3) and updating your profile on our subscription page (http://dor.myflorida.com/dor/list/).
