Idaho Tax Commission offices closed on some Fridays

BOISE, IDAHO — The Idaho Tax Commission's offices in five cities will be closed on some Fridays in 2010 as part of the agency's cost-cutting efforts. Taxpayers who need help during the closures can call (800) 972-7660 toll free to reach the main office in Boise, which will remain open. They can also visit tax.idaho.gov to file returns, get answers to tax questions, and make payments.


Offices that will be closed:

Coeur d'Alene       1910 Northwest Blvd., Suite 100
Idaho Falls            150 Shoup Ave., Suite 16
Lewiston               1118 F St.
Pocatello               611 Wilson Ave., Suite 5
Twin Falls             440 Falls Ave.


Closed all day:

July 2 and Nov. 26


Closed from noon to 5 p.m.

July 23         Sept 17.
Aug. 6         Oct. 1
Aug. 20       Oct. 15
Sept. 3        Oct. 29

Normal offices hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Also, all Tax Commission offices will be closed on July 5 for the Independence Day holiday.
